Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for connecting ad accounts, granting access, and responding to leads. Faster responses = better results.

Payment & Billing

All payments are handled through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Due to time and resources, payments are non-refundable.

Communication & SMS Consent

You agree we may send email or SMS updates related to your service. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Marketing performance depends on variables beyond our control (market, messaging, business operations, etc.). We do not guarantee sales, revenue, or results. Intellectual Property
All creative, systems, workflows, automation logic, ads, scripts, and templates remain the intellectual property of Ads Value Marketing.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to one month of service fees.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the State of New York.
